Lisa Keeble
Lisa Keeble was born in the UK in 1966. She had aspirations to be a writer from a young age so, naturally, grew up to be an accountant. However, in 2016, she packed her bags, left behind her spreadsheets without so much as a goodbye and headed off to the South of France. She now lives by the sea and has unleashed her, previously unexplored, creative side.
During Covid, in an effort to not lose her sanity, she wrote 'From His Perspective' which told the story of the Creator and his sidekick Norbert, and their hilarious escapades as they try to guide humanity away from the worst of their craziness. That book sold rather well so, Lisa wrote a second novel, 'The Gods at Number 23'. This book was about a group of ancient gods who had lost their followers, and therefore their income, and had to descend to Earth to try and recruit some more.
Her latest novel, NO FILTER, is a different kettle of fish altogether. Written with Corsican artist Pasquale Angelini, it explores the darker side of human nature and the fragility of human relationships. It is semi-autobiographical and, therefore, deeply personal. It was written to provoke reactions and, even more so, to prompt questions about how we view life and our fellow humans.
