This is a book that is hard to put down! The style is refined, the suspense is amazing. There is also a great sense of nostalgia created through the description of a past era in our beautiful Australian Northern Territory. Mr Scholefield is a true wordsmith who can transport his readers to shores unknown to most. I have read his previous book "Cockatoo Creek" and after reading this one, I have become a true fan! Highly recommended.
